Award success for PMI Health Group

Cheshire-based PMI Health Group is celebrating having picked up the Marketing Initiative of the Year accolade at the 2011 Cover Excellence Awards.

The UK’s largest independently-owned specialist provider of employee healthcare and risk management services won the award thanks to a successful and innovative marketing campaign targeting the ‘large corporate’ sector.

“Achieving success in such a venerated awards programme is a real achievement, and we are delighted that all the hard work and commitment that went into this marketing campaign has been recognised,” said PMI Health Group Marketing Manager Kate Kilpatrick.

“PMI Health Group continues to demonstrate remarkable success in achieving a return on health and wellbeing investment, both for large corporates and SMEs alike.”

The marketing campaign, Big Fish, was devised and implemented with communications consultancy Cameron Wells Communications. In the last 12 months it has resulted in a 16 per cent appointment rate with large corporate companies, eight times the industry average for b2b marketing campaigns.

PMI Health Group picked up the award at a gala ceremony at London’s Victoria Park Plaza.
